1. Overview and Agreement
By participating in the April Crunch giveaway (the "Giveaway"), sponsored by Gracia Financial Services ("Sponsor"), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec)] who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Ineligible Parties: Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each such individual are ineligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on 3/28/2026 at 12:01 PST and ends on 4/29/2026 at 11:59 PST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

B. Bonus/Alternative Methods of Entry (Optional)

One entry per requested quote.
One entry for referring a friend.
C. Entry Limitations
Limit of 50 entries per person during the Entry Period.
Any attempt to exceed the stated entry limit by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all of that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the receipt or use of the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
A. Drawing
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about 4/30/2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
B. Notification
The potential winner will be notified via [Specify method—e.g., Direct Message on Instagram, Email] within [Number] days of the drawing.
C. Claiming the Prize
The potential winner must respond to the notification within [Number] days and provide any requested information (e.g., full name, mailing address, signed affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release) to claim the prize. 7. General Conditions
Disqualification: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or is found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
